General meeting
The General Meeting is composed of all Biorepack members. Each consortium member is entitled to a number of votes at the General Meeting equal to its number of shares in the consortium. Votes may be cast by consortium members that have met their consortium obligations.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors has seven members, who are elected by the General Meeting, representing the consortium members.
President and Vice President of the Board of Directors
The president and vice president of the consortium are appointed by the Board of Directors on a rotating basis from among its members from the producer and processor categories and remain in office until the termination of the Board of Directors that appointed them.
Board of Auditors
The Board of Auditors is composed of three regular members and two alternate members. One regular member and one alternate member is appointed by the Ministry of the Environment and Land and Sea Protection and the Ministry of Economic Development from among the employees of these ministries. The other regular and alternate members are elected by the General Meeting from among professionals entered in the register of auditors.
General Manager
The role of General Manager is conferred by the Board of Directors.
